Shot Schedule is a personal organizational and logging tool only. It is not a medical device, not a clinically validated system, and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription guidance of any kind. No information provided by this App — including dosage calculations, scheduling suggestions, tracking logs, reminders, or summaries — should be used as a substitute for the advice, judgment, or treatment provided by a qualified, licensed healthcare professional. Always consult your physician, pharmacist, or other licensed healthcare provider before making any decision regarding your medication, dosage, injection timing, or health.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ShotSchedule mobile application operated by John Steinmetz. By downloading, installing, or using ShotSchedule, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ShotSchedule is a GLP-1 dose tracking, nutrition, weight, and overall health tracking application. The service includes features for logging medication schedules, tracking wellness metrics, organizing health entries, and providing dosage calculation tools for specific GLP-1 medications. It is intended solely for personal informational and organizational purposes. It is not a healthcare service, clinical tool, or medical device of any kind.
READ CAREFULLY. BY USING SHOTSCHEDULE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, unless a parent or legal guardian has accepted the Terms on their behalf.
Users bear sole and complete responsibility for: all information they enter into the App; reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all entries; all medication-related decisions; and determining whether this App is appropriate for their individual circumstances. The operator does not guarantee that any reminders, calculations, logs, records, or outputs in the Service are accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for any specific medical situation or individual. Dosage calculation features are reference tools only and require independent review and approval by the user and their licensed healthcare provider before being acted upon.
Some features require paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Auto-renewing subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through Apple's subscription management procedures.
Payments for Apple in-app purchases are billed by Apple using the payment method associated with your Apple ID. The operator does not store full payment card information. Purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
Subscription entitlements are managed using RevenueCat. Regarding RevenueCat and your data:
Free trials or promotional periods may automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless canceled before conversion.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be managed and canceled through Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the subscription period ends to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, redistribute, or create competing products or services based on this App.
The Service, including software, functionality, text, graphics, design, branding, and logos, is owned by John Steinmetz and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Your use of ShotSchedule is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information is collected and how it is used.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOHN STEINMETZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY MEDICATION CALCULATIONS, HEALTH SUMMARIES, DOSAGE REFERENCES, TRACKING OUTPUTS, REMINDERS, OR OTHER RESULTS GENERATED BY THE APP ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL'S MEDICAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOHN STEINMETZ AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY HARM, ADVERSE HEALTH OUTCOMES, MEDICATION ERRORS, MISSED OR INCORRECT DOSES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF HEALTH INFORMATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY — EVEN IF JOHN STEINMETZ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE APP, INABILITY TO USE THE APP, OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless John Steinmetz and any affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the App; your violation of these Terms; your reliance on any information, calculation, or output provided by the App for any medical, clinical, or health decision; or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
