This Privacy Policy explains how Chronopay (the "App") handles information.
Chronopay allows you to create and manage bill information that you choose to enter, such as bill names and details, amounts, due dates, categories, notes and reminders, and other information you choose to store. This information is used only to provide the App's features.
If iCloud is not enabled or not available, your data is stored locally on your device using iOS storage.
If you enable iCloud for Chronopay, the App uses Apple iCloud (CloudKit) to store and sync your data across your devices and to support shared household access. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your bill data on developer-controlled servers.
Chronopay may allow you to share a household with other users by inviting another Apple ID to access the same household data. If you enable household sharing, the data in that household will be accessible to the people you invite and who accept. You can remove a household member to stop further access.
Important: Removing a member prevents future syncing and access, but it may not delete data already stored on that member's devices.
We do not collect personal information such as advertising identifiers, analytics or usage profiling, location data, contact lists, or device data for tracking. Chronopay does not include third-party advertising SDKs.
If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information only to respond to you and provide support.
We do not share your in-app data with third parties, except Apple iCloud / CloudKit when you enable iCloud syncing and sharing features. If we add any third-party services in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
Your data is stored until you delete it. You can delete individual items or clear your data from within the App. If iCloud sync is enabled, deletions are synced through iCloud. Apple may retain certain information according to its own policies.
We use Apple platform security features and iCloud / CloudKit to store and sync data. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Chronopay is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
