These Terms govern access to ChronoPay, a time tracking, logging, productivity, scheduling, payment, and organizational application operated by John Steinmetz. By using ChronoPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ChronoPay is a time, tracking, logging, productivity, scheduling, payment, and related organizational application designed to help users record, manage, review, and organize information and workflows. The service includes premium tools, subscription-based access, and iCloud data synchronization. Users remain solely responsible for how they use the Service and any resulting decisions or outcomes.
ChronoPay is not a legal firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, payroll provider, financial institution, or licensed advisor. The Service does not provide legal, accounting, tax, payroll, financial, employment, or regulatory advice. All outputs are for informational and organizational purposes only โ not substitutes for professional advice or independent judgment. Users must verify information before relying on it for payroll, tax reporting, compliance, or business decisions.
Users must be at least 18 years old or legal majority age in their jurisdiction. By using the Service, users represent they have legal capacity, provide accurate information, will comply with applicable law, and won't use it for unlawful purposes.
Users are responsible for maintaining device, Apple ID, and credential security. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your device, account, or access credentials in connection with the Service. Users must promptly report suspected compromises. Users are solely responsible for data input, reviewing accuracy, determining service suitability, preserving important data, and all business, financial, legal, employment, tax, payroll, project, scheduling, and billing consequences arising from use of the Service.
Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Billing, refunds, and subscription management follow Apple's App Store policies. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
ChronoPay, including its design, branding, icons, interface, and software, is owned by John Steinmetz and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Your use of ChronoPay is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
ChronoPay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, John Steinmetz and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app, inability to use the app, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service fraudulently. You may stop using ChronoPay at any time by uninstalling the app.
ChronoPay may rely on Apple App Store, Apple iCloud / CloudKit, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or outages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ChronoPay after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
