This Privacy Policy describes how CaddieOS (the "App") will handle information when it launches. CaddieOS is currently in development.

Information We Plan to Collect

• Golf round data: Scores, shot logs, course information, and stats you enter. Stored locally on your device.
• Location data: Used while on the course to identify your position and current hole. Location is accessed only while the App is active.
• Handicap and performance data: Calculated from your round history on-device.

Location Data

CaddieOS will request location access ("While Using the App") to provide on-course features. Your location is not stored on our servers and is not shared with third parties for advertising.

How We Use Information

• To track and display your round scores and statistics
• To identify your position on the course
• We do not use your data for advertising

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your round data or location with any third party.

Data Deletion

You can delete individual rounds within the App. Uninstalling CaddieOS removes all locally stored data.

Children's Privacy

CaddieOS is not directed at children under 13.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.

Changes to This Policy

This policy will be updated as the App develops. Check back before the official launch.
