Feastmode is a location-based restaurant and place discovery application that helps users identify nearby dining options based on selected preferences and filters. Features include viewing nearby restaurants, filtering by cuisine and dietary preferences, accessing ratings and reviews, maintaining viewing history, and accessing premium features through subscriptions.
Feastmode is not a restaurant, food delivery company, reservation platform, food safety authority, nutritionist, dietitian, or emergency service. The platform does not guarantee restaurant quality, food safety, operating hours, menu availability, pricing, allergy accommodations, or dietary suitability. Users bear sole responsibility for evaluating restaurant appropriateness. Those with food allergies or dietary restrictions should verify information directly with the restaurant before making decisions.
Users must be at least 13 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. Parents or legal guardians may supervise younger users where legally required.
The service may require access to location services, iCloud, and in-app purchases. Users remain responsible for device security and all account activity. Location and iCloud features can be disabled through device settings, though this may limit app functionality.
Feastmode uses the Google Places API to retrieve place information including names, addresses, ratings, and reviews. The service does not control, endorse, or guarantee accuracy of third-party data. Users should independently verify important details with businesses.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through Apple's subscription management. Terms and pricing are disclosed at purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple using the associated Apple ID. The service does not store full payment card information and is subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
Subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges. Contact us at [email protected] for subscription access issues.
Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Prohibited activities include copying, modifying, reverse engineering, reselling, creating competing products, interfering with service operations, and using the service for unlawful purposes.
The service, including software, design, branding, and content, is owned by or licensed to John Steinmetz and protected by intellectual property law.
Service use is governed by the accompanying Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The developer disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Place results, distance estimates, reviews, ratings, and other information are not warranted as accurate or suitable.
The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data. Total liability caps at the greater of amounts paid in the preceding 12 months or $50 USD.
The developer may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated, the service is used fraudulently, or legal exposure is created. Users may stop using the service by uninstalling the app.
These Terms are governed by North Carolina state law without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes are resolved exclusively in North Carolina state or federal courts.
These Terms exist between you and John Steinmetz only, not Apple. Apple bears no maintenance or support obligations. In case of warranty failure, Apple may refund purchase prices. Apple is not responsible for product liability, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
