Drag a screenshot from Finder onto the canvas, or use File → Import Screenshot. If the filename follows standard iOS Simulator naming, PixelPlacard will detect the device size automatically.
All current App Store sizes: iPhone 6.9", 6.5", and 5.5", plus iPad 13" and 12.9". Use Export → All Sizes to generate the full set in one shot.
Select your canvas in the sidebar, click the Text tool, then click anywhere on the canvas to place a text layer. Font, size, and color are all in the Inspector on the right.
Yes. Once you have a layout you like, go to File → Save as Template. It will show up in the New from Template dialog next time you start a project.
That's a Gatekeeper warning. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway next to PixelPlacard. It's the standard macOS step for apps downloaded outside the App Store.
Make sure you imported at the right resolution for the target device (@3x for most modern iPhones, @2x for older ones). PixelPlacard doesn't upscale, so blurry output almost always means a low-res source file. Export as PNG to avoid any compression artifacts.
