These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PixelPlacard ("App"), developed by John Steinmetz. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PixelPlacard on any Mac computer you own or control, for personal or commercial creative work.
You may use PixelPlacard to create promotional materials for your own apps and projects. Images you create with PixelPlacard are yours to use without restriction.

Images created with PixelPlacard should comply with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines regarding screenshot requirements. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accepted by Apple — always verify dimensions and content meet current Apple guidelines.
All images and files you import into PixelPlacard remain your property. John Steinmetz has no rights over content you create or import into the App.
PixelPlacard's code, UI design, device frames, and templates are owned by John Steinmetz and protected by intellectual property law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App is free from bugs, that outputs will meet any particular standard, or that it is compatible with future macOS versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, John Steinmetz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the App.
These Terms exist between you and John Steinmetz only, not Apple. Apple bears no maintenance or support obligations for PixelPlacard. Purchases made through the Mac App Store are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
We may release updates to PixelPlacard through the Mac App Store. We reserve the right to change or remove features in future updates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
