Tap Projects in the tab bar, then tap the + button. Give your project a name and pick an optional color label. After that, bugs and features can be assigned to it.
Tap New Item → Bug from the main screen. Add a title, description, priority level, and assign it to a project. You can also tag it and attach notes for extra context.
Yes. Open a project, tap the share icon in the top-right corner, and choose Export. Options are plain text, Markdown, and CSV.
Yes. ShipNotes syncs via iCloud (CloudKit) across all devices on the same Apple ID. If sync isn't working, check that iCloud is enabled for ShipNotes in iOS Settings.
Set the bug's status to "Resolved," or swipe it left and tap "Archive." You can always pull archived items back up from the filter menu.
Apple manages all subscriptions. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ShipNotes → Cancel Subscription. Do this at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
No account needed. ShipNotes runs entirely through your existing Apple ID and iCloud. No separate sign-up, no username, no password.
